SNSF appointed CultureBase as the lead partner of a consortium with SIRIS Academic and Different Angles, to deliver a user-focused evaluation of their Unified Evaluation Procedure and standardised CV format introduced in 2022. The project involved surveys, interviews and workshops with senior SNSF stakeholders to socialise findings and develop buy-in for the resulting recommendations.  CultureBase led the consortium, managed the project, and designed and delivered the user engagement programme.  

The project resulted in a published report on the evaluation findings and recommendations, which informed decisions within SNSF.
